Responsible Social Values Program
The Responsible Social
Values Program is an interactive teaching approach
to help students make and keep abstinent decisions
regarding premarital sex, drugs and alcohol. This
character-based, abstinence-centered program seeks
to teach children values by providing accurate
information, fostering self-respect and
encouraging communication between parents and
children. The Responsible Social Values Program
was created to reach students in the
impressionable grade and middle school years. The
program was designed to work from sixth to eighth
grades. The Responsible Social Values Program is
offered to all school districts in Boyd County.
