Immunizations
Some adult vaccinations are available. The cost
is based on the actual cost of the vaccine plus
the administration charge.
Note: Flu and pneumonia shots are
paid for by Medicare and Medicaid.

Cancer Screening
Cancer screening services for women are provided
on a sliding fee scale. This includes a clinical
breast exam, pap smear and pelvic exam. Limited
lab tests are done as needed. Screening
mammograms are free or at a reduced rate
(according to income) to those who do not have
Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance. Patients
are counseled on healthier lifestyles. Treatment
form abnormal paps and mammograms may be covered
under our Kentucky Women’s Cancer Program.

Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)/HIV
Routine Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and HIV
screenings are available. Fees are based on the
federal sliding fee schedule which is calculated
on number in household and income. Services are
available by appointment.

College entrance, pre-employment, and employment
physical exams are available. Fees are based on
the federal sliding fee schedule which is
calculated on number in household and income.
